Mark lives in a neighborhood where he built 11 out of 12 homes. He takes pride in his work. He is president of the Homeowners Association and is friendly with his neighbors. His clients become his friends, and the referrals come naturally. He's built more than one home for several clients over the years and maintains great relationships with past customers.
